We drop limited items. No guarantees something will be restocked. Prices may change without notice (inflation is real).

  • All products are subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders (like if stock oversells or a listing was messed up). If we do this we will give you a refund and credit off a future order because we are auténtico.

  • Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • You’re not ordering just to flip for clout (but we get it)

  • Cancel any order for any reason

  • Limit quantities purchased per person or household

  • Refuse service if you violate these terms or are acting sus

5. Returns & Final Sale

Most drops are final sale unless otherwise noted.
We don’t accept returns for wrong size, second thoughts, or regret.

We only issue refunds or exchanges if:

  • We sent the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged (and you tell us within 7 days).

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—our designs, logos, text, images, videos, and product names—is owned by Chicos Tóxicos.

Don’t reuse, repost, sell, or remix anything without permission. We protect our IP like we protect the group chat.

We use third-party apps (like Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, payment processors, etc.). We’re not responsible for anything they do—but we choose our partners carefully.

We do our best to keep things accurate and running smoothly, but:

  • We're not liable for any loss, delay, or damage from using or being unable to use the site
